Garment Care
Care of cotton garments and accessories
- We recommend washing the garment in cold water or at a maximum temperature of 30°C, preferably using natural detergents. The use of bleaches, detergents, and chemical softeners can alter the quality and purity of the cotton fiber.
- Do not use a dryer. When hanging clothes, we recommend doing so in a place where they will not be directly exposed to the sun.
- Iron at medium temperature.
- Natural organic fabrics may shrink slightly when washed (around 5-7%, depending on the fabric), so please take this into account when choosing your size.

Care of wool garments (including leather-soled Mukhees)
It's best not to wash wool garments or to wash them only occasionally. Due to wool's properties, you'll notice that they don't pick up dirt. If you do want to wash them, we recommend doing so by hand, following these steps.
- Wash the garment by hand with water and a specific wool detergent.
- Briefly submerge the garment in water and gently squeeze the wool. Don't rub or stretch it to prevent it from becoming deformed. In the case of Mukhees, you can gently rub the sole with a cloth.
- To wring it out, squeeze and release the garment in sections. Discard the dirty water and reinsert the garment until all the soap is released. Repeat until the water runs clear.
- Remove excess water by pressing until you can lay it flat on a towel, rolling it up to remove excess water.
- Leave it spread out horizontally in an area out of direct sunlight. If you hang it vertically, it will warp.
- Do not iron it.
- Merino wool is prone to pilling; this isn't a defect, but rather a natural result of friction from use. To remove it, simply pull gently.
- Remember that high temperatures and prolonged mechanical action will cause it to clump.
